Quick Update 10

Just a quick one, I've had my 'first taste' of Form 5 when I went to collect my text books. Feels good, to be in school again. You what would be cool? If school gave us a year in school just for us to play around and have fun. Form 4.5 (credit to Sandra :p) or Form 3.5. Would be awesome.

I can barely remember anything related to Form 4 studies, especially, especially History. History is history for me? I think I'll change next year :) Change doesn't always have to be positive okay.

Well, I got a day left to party with 10$ in my wallet before my parent get back from Makkah. 1 and a half months passed by so fast:/ 3 more weeks and I'll be siting in a chair in class, living the form 5 life. Then it's SPM. Gosh, slow down time will ya?

Double OH! Seven

Finally, I'm back to blogging. I just got caught it with so much.

On Thursday, the Form 3' s organized an event called '007; A Night To Remember' at Tropicana Golf Club. I was having doubts about going at first but then I ended up going anyway. Not only that, I decided to perform, a day before the event. So after talking to my singer(Sheryn, whom I've never talked to before haha), we decided we were all good to go. I also called up Kenzo to accompany me.

You may wonder why Nick is playing the bass guitar during our performance. The reason is, he's a rockstar. Haha :P He decided to join our performance like a minute before we went on stage!

So, they were mainly Form 3's as expected. Around 60 of em, and like, less than 10 of the Form 4's. Food was great. Didn't each much though, worried I'd puke on stage.

I don't wanna say much but overall. The party was great, better than expected. Everyone got high on orange juice. The dancing, the loud blasting music, and the strippers. Yeah, we had amature strippers. They looked so high I tell you. There were also the 'DJ Monkeys'? I think that's what they were called, some of the school student pretending to be DJ's while wearing monkey masks.

A mosh pit started :) I got wild, we (Hilman & Nick) would jump right into the mosh pit crashing into everyone. We'd also come out of it bruised and half dead. I got kicked in the stomach by some form 3 genius, he broke a button on my new vest. Great. Here's the only picture I have of my vest with all 4 buttons

We partied hard. Then me & Nick crashed at Hilman's house after the event. Bought Mc D's while on the way. Hmm nothing much. I tried making coffee, which obviously failed. I nearly puked tasting it. Hilman was stupid enough to finish it and caused him problems for the entire day, he then proceeded to eat shaving cream. We also called prank called a few people around 4 in the morning (Sophia, Marcus, Sandra, Andrea, Esther) HAHA :)

I hate people that use the word 'Lol' too much. Its just annoying and stupid. I mean once a while you wanna laugh and can't stand it so badly I guess its fine to say 'LOL'. But seriously, why must your numb brain use it every few sentences?! Even if it doesn't relate to the topic.

No I didn't take that from any of my conversations (or maybe I did so you'll know who you are). But can you see just how annoying it is when people use the word 'Lol' to the extreme. If you're reading this, you extreme Lol-ers, please take some time, to think about your excessive usage of the word. Same goes for some of you retards who say it out when talking, TALKING. Not typing or texting. Talking, to another human. Lawl. That's how you pronounce it I guess. Yuck.

Quick Update 8

I wanna tell you guys about Malaysian services, specifically taxi's and food delivery.

The other day, I took a cab to go to OU I think? So okay I called them, and they arrived quick, great. When I got in, the guy, looked like he was on drugs but I thought whatever right, who doesn't. So as we were on the road, he would sometimes drive without hands on the wheel. He did it a lot of times. He even had times to plug in the phone charger without looking on the road! Wtf?! Then I realized, he wasn't wearing any shoes or slippers at all. What the. Okay here comes the best part, I leaned to the side to get a better look at what he was doing. Then I found out, his right hand, has 2 fingers only, what the chicken mc nuggets?! Just his index and middle. He couldn't even hold the steering wheel properly with that hand! Anyway cabs are expensive nowadays, 3 bucks to start off the journey, 2 bucks for calling them.


Just now, I ordered Nando's. So called Peri Medic Delivery. They didn't fully 'saved' me. They 'Macha' forgot my drink, my ice lemon tea. I mean okay you old hagged guy that you forgot my drink, go bloody get it for me then. Run back and get to my place again. But no, instead u bribed me, true malaysia.

'Boss saya terlupa air awak la, ada orang order sama saya bagi dia dua air. Boss tolong saya, jangan complain. Nanti gaji saya kena potong. Boss tolong la. Boss makan dekat luar atau dalam?' shithead

I just held the anger in, since he was Indian, I don't want him to call a gang up or anything when I complain about him. Besides, 1Malaysia right. He wasn't worth it anyway. I just had Mc D for dinner. Now i'm off to meet my relatives downstairs and get back to work!

Project 500

Project 500, sounds so, military killing spree type of thingo eh? Wrong.

Here's what I remember about the project briefing. Oh yes, before I do forget, the briefing was done in a cinema. Yes we had a whole cinema to ourselves. :p The celebrity host, was Hannah Tan. I remember her, from Ben's Bitches song, 'Amber Chia'. So the briefing wasn't that long.


Anyway, 'we' are the so called elite group of 500 Malaysians chosen to participate in this event. Currently named 'Project 500'. Its an online application to help you sort out your SNS (social network service) accounts from a single page. You can update/upload picture/comment for your twitter/facebook/myspace/flickr/hi5 and much more just from one page.

That's the basic thing. There are some other cool features like messenger. But for now it is still in Beta mode so we 'lucky' 500 malaysians are suppost to test this out and give feedback! I think its quite okay, doubt I'll use it? I don't know maybe I'll need it since i'm always on Facebook and Twitter.

I think the highlight of the briefing was when this guy asked

"What is the bandwith limit for Project 500, will streamyx be able to cope with it?"

Everyone started clapping/cheering/laughing!

Moving on the the private screening of New Moon. Well the private screening was cool and all, too bad I can't say the same about the movie. It was just, really bad :/ Peter Chao was right. I gotta admit that the fighting scenes were quite cool though. Thats all. One more thing, Alice Cullen, is way hotter than Bella. Eyebag-ed vampire wannabe.

Well, Project 500 is in about 12 hours time. I'm still accompany-less, anyone? :p Haha so anyway, I watched Ninja Assassin today, it was awesome. The fighting scenes were unbelievable, but too bad the blood looked really fake :/ Oh I've also learnt that sitting next to Fenderick in a movie is a stupid move. He would just asked the darnest questions ever. During the movie he asked me

So I had japanese food today. Yet again, Fenderick never fails to show his stupidity. When we took out the wasabi, he asked 'What's that green thing?' and everything went silent. I slammed my head on the glass window next to me, seriously I did. Oh and btw, did you know that Chinese green tea, and dirty aquarium water look alike. I guess it tastes alike too, bitter. Mhm, Unagi?

November's about to end. December is gonna be a busy month, parents coming back, outings, performances, birthdays&parties and other events. I guess you could say that I'm looking forward to it. I've been spending a lot of time in front of the computer as usual, waiting for something to happen. Not really, fun you know. Everyday it mostly the same ol' same ol'. I need things to be different


I wan't to perform more often. It's just a really great feeling to be on stage, yeah I still am nervous most of the times but it all goes away when the music starts playing. That reminds me, this month, is my last month in Yamaha Music School. Yes, most of my performances were organized by Yamaha. I gotta thank them I guess for the exposure. My first performance with them was in a guitar ensemble playing 'Oye como va'. Haha good times, from an ensemble to a band. Been through a lot, and yes I'm quite aware that I maybe the laziest Yamaha student there is, I can't even memorize chords for a performance so I make then into a small piece of paper and stick them onto the guitar


I don't think I take life that seriously. Laughter isn't the best medicine but it does feel good, till a point where you feel like dying from too much laughing. I think this year has been the craziest for me. I mean, the feelings, the things I've done&gone through, the pressure and such stuff. I'd never expect myself to walk to 1u at 2 a.m. in the morning with Kem and groupies. I'd never expect to break out of his house. I never knew Gaston existed before. I've always known that Sean was annoying though. I've made a lot of new friends this year, from school, parties, performances and so on. Yeah, I guess this year is a major leap forward towards life.


Woah super emo post. Well that's why I have my fatty fat friend Fenderick Lee to chat with on skype and to spam our friends Facebook walls. Anyway I'm gonna continue staring at the computer screen and wait for something to happen. Feel free to mock me over this post online/Fb/skype/sms/ping/email.

So recently I participated in this 'interview' for Project 500. I wasn't expecting it but, I


got chosen. It sounds exciting, some media project. Well I hope there will be more cool&free stuff like the New Moon private screening! They're somehow keeping this project a 'secret'. Typical drama haha. Looks like i've gotta get my butt to the briefing and uncover this 'hopefully super cool' project. Hey, its gonna be host by a 'secret' celebrity! Malaysian I guess haha. Whatever, keep the freebies coming!

Quick Update 6

I'm currently at KGNS with my brother. He's fat, for a 9 year old if you didn't know. Haha so it's up to me to get him into shape like his big brother during the holidays! :p he doesn't know I plan on making him run 10 rounds of the court later. Yes him, not me :)

She's cute;

I spent my day yesterday with my cousins and their friend at The Curve. We had lunch at Sakae Sushi and it was, okay? Haha I don't know maybe Japanese food ain't my thing. Heck, I couldn't even break the chopsticks into two! Yes, if you know me well, you'd know my chopstick skills are, not that great. Anyway, that's why we have forks!



After lunch we watched a movie, A Christmas Carol. It was, horrible haha. It wasn't that interesting. Reminded me a lot of Ghost Of Girlfriends Past because of the same storyline about 3 ghosts coming to haunt you. I suggest you don't watch it if your above 15 and plan on going without kids. We watched it in 3D and the tickets totaled up to 85$! Thank you Sophie! Haha.


However, the movie didn't have any subtitles. Not much of a problem right? Well you see, Marissa's friend, Wei Suan is deaf. So it was quite a disappointment :/ Felt bad because she couldn't know what they were saying. At least they enjoyed the 3D and a little of the story! The 3D glasses were quite annoying too though, they're just so big and disgusting.


So I had a great day, learnt some sign language too! After that I left for my music lessons. My music lessons was at 4.30 and I left at 4.25. Reaching there 10 minutes late, I soon find out that my class had been taken over by another girl. Yeah, now you know.

As I was waiting for my driver to arrive today, I took out some sweets from my pocket. My calculator and iPhone on my left hand, and my wallet on the right. I was reluctant to keep or put down any of the items, so I took out the sweets with both hands, full. Oh shit, reality sucks.

My iPhone slipped out of my hands. It dropped onto the floor, so what? So, it started sliding slowly towards the edge of this 'balcony' type of place. Is swear everything was in slow motion at that time. Usually in movies, the thing would stop right at the edge eh? Too bad this isn't a movie. It slid, smoothly towards the edge, and down. I'd say it was 40m above. It hit hard onto the tar road. I could hear it hit the ground. Rushed over, I looked down and saw the phone still dancing off the road.

Rushing down, to my surprise, the phone was still in shape. Yeah there were scratches since I 'was not using the bloody casing'. The phone was still on, and still working. Then I realized the top right of the phone was split opened. Oh damn. So, anyway, yeah it sucks but I'm still proud of my iPhone for not completely breaking into half or anything worse. Looks like I gotta send you to the hospital. Like owner, like iPhone.

I don't know why but my mood these days have been so uncertain. Well now I'm stressed about my iPhone, and Maxis is making things difficult for me. Hmph. Well whatever, what's happened has happened. I'll blog more often now, everyday is another day in front of the com, waiting for something new to be discovered.

Other than that, I've been spending some time to 'get to know' my laptop. Surprisingly, I had A LOT of softwares inside which I didn't use. You know the feeling you get when you first get your new laptop, mac, desktop or whatever. You just wanna fill it in with crazy cool softwares, maybe not you girls.

So, being a geek, I calculated the price of the Adobe only softwares in my computer. The results are;

1,700.00 USD=5,723.05 MYR

That is some serious shit, I've never bold a sentence and colored it red before. That's nearly equivalent to the price of my laptop! Perhaps I should spend some money on locks and bolts for my laptop?

I guess I'll be spending my holiday days now in front of the computer, geek-ing.

We are the ones that are not forgotten

I've lost my blogging mood, its all Facebook now. I've got a lot of events to cover up. Lets start, 2 weeks ago, was Overdose.


Being rockers, our band didn't get to have our soundcheck. So we had no idea how the amps were and stuff related to the stage. Well, we were okay with it at first, a lil pissed but whatever right. That is, till we got on stage..


Lights were off. So we got up on stage, and I straightly walked towards my amp. I swear, I could not see a single shit on my amp. I was wondering why there was no sound so I started messing around with the controls. Then, I realized it was not even turned on. With the master volume set to maximum, I switched the amp on, and BOOM, yeah, rockers intro. FML


The FML doesn't stop there, since we were 'afraid' some retards might steal out guitar from the room, we brought our guitars out with us during the concert. We just had to do that. In the process of walking to the stage, I don't know how many people bumped into me. My guitar was untuned. Great.


Moving on, dumbshit up here wanted to stand out among the drummers. So he taped glow sticks on his drum sticks. We were all happily helping him tape the sticks on. None of us humans ever came across the idea that the glow sticks might burst. And it did, on stage, while performing. Oh fyi, he's not even wearing his shoes. Anyway, once I heard Kemuel missing a beat, I turned back. The whole damn drumset was glowing.


Okay, bad memories, bad memories. Nothing to be proud of. The crowd was disappointing too, the rented such a big hall, but it wasn't even half full. Pfft, whatever, Overdose.


We then crashed at Low's house. All of us, either had an iPhone or iPod touch in our hands, so we all, facebooked for hours, until some idiot's idea (I think it was mine) to go out, at 2 in the morning. Yes, that's what we did.



So we sneaked out of his house. When I jumped off his wall, my knee caps felt like it shattered. Ugh, Fenderick slowly lowered his body down. I had to push that fatty against the wall so that he wouldn't fall back. All of the sudden, Gaston, the hottest among us, came sliding down the wall. At that point, even though he was in pain, all that we could do was laugh. Haha wonder boy had cuts on both his wrists. Suicide attempt failed.

We went to the 'Kayu'. All the way at curve, at 2 am, we walked. Fml? Sean was obviously not up to the challenge, he was half awake most of the time haha. I'm so happy to see him, not energetic and quite. Tears of joy ;) So we ordered stuff and stuff and roti tisu, the one which was, 3 plates long? Yeah so, we digged in together, without washing our hands. Note to you that, we climbed a wall and walked from DU to Curve. I can't imagine the amount of shit on our hands at that time.


42$ wasted on a Sunday morning. So, we walked back. On the way, the found a trolley. Kem + trolley = Even God can't tell. We started pushing people down the parking lot entrance, and yes, cars were still coming out of the parking lot.


Guards that we pass by didn't even care. I guess its some typical Malaysian lifestyle. Till this day, I still can't believe we did that. We then found another trolley. We were practically on the main road pushing people in the trolley. People starting honking at us. The bigger trolley started to become a burden so we ditched it into some nearby lake. Fast forward. Got to his house, stripped down to boxers only, jumped onto bed.


The next day, when I woke up, I grabbed my shirt from under the bed. In the process on taking out my mints from the pocket on the shirt when I realized it was all wet. When I took the mint out, the whole can was crushed. Then I remembered that his dog was in the damn room. I opened up my shirt and it was torn. Buttons were even missing.

Okay the other stories abt the after party are stupid so whatever.

Last week on thurs, we had a so called Boardgame Extravaganza. I don't even know who creates these stupid name combinations. We had it at Khei Qi's 'Crib'. Her AV room, awesome :)


The boardgames only lasted a few minutes? Then it was Wii, the whole time.




Okay there's not much to say, we just had a great time there and we ordered Mc D's. Enjoy some of the pictures!






Yesterday, was Kayra and Marissa's 'school play'. I had to go, yes 'HAD' :)


Self claimed cousins. I tell you, Sophia yawned nearly 30 times. I counted. Pictures of me with marissa, and kayra.



The play was really cute though. Especially when Kayra came out as a lamb! She was the center on attention when she crawled across the stage. Not to mention taking the wrong route, ahh so darn cute (;

Oh look, the gig's TOMORROW. We're still 'deciding' songs. Not to mention that we haven't even completed the confirmed songs yet. Well, whatever I guess. So, we spent most of the time in the studio, arguing

Because we are finally free

So, as you know, exams ended today, for my school. I went back early, if you didn't know, to send my parents, for their Haji. They'll be away for one and a half months. When I got home, my house, the scene was like someone had just passed away

quite, full of tears, people everywhere. When we were giving the 'doa' for my parents, my mums best friend came up crying to me, asking for me number, incase of anything. It was difficult but the tears were still managed to be kept to myself.

As we left, I was sitting in the back seat in between my parents. Hardly any words were spoken.

So we reached, there were hundreds of people there. My brother got out of school early too, but a little later. He hugged my parents and all but he was still smiling, so I couldn't be sad in front of him. Hours later, they finally got their 'tags' and they had to go into the gates. Hmm again, tears were everywhere. This time, my brother did cry. Oh how I could not held it in anymore. I hugged my parents for the last time.



Anyway, Overdose is this Saturday at TTDI Community Hall. I hope I can perform well, with all this shits and so messing up my mind. One more time, I've gotta push everything else away. Focus my dear, focus. I guess this time I'll really be put up to the test, to perform, while knowing that something is not right somewhere. God, don't let down. It's not just me, it's the band.

So we made it through the auditions!

Hmm, feels good. So, we'll be performing/competing against a few other good bands for first place on 7th November at, unfortunately we don't even know where the gig is held at.
